I’m Ilda Cristina da Silva Costantin, 48 years old, reikiana, married, mother of two beautiful boys, daughter of Mrs. Cinira and Mr. Hélio, both excellent land workers, great-granddaughter of forest people and black people, born in Ituiutaba/MG in the 70’s and passionate about ancestral knowledge. And those are my biggest references.

At the same time, I graduated in Nursing and Pedagogy at the Federal University of Uberlândia, did a postgraduate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a master’s degree in Occupational Health and Environmental Health, with a focus on Health Promotion. I have been a public servant for exactly 27 years, always in the health areas.

I am currently working in a human resources area and in activities related to the health promotion of public workers in the city of Uberlândia – MG. I also work at the Shen Mai Chinese Medicine Space, in the same city. My biggest niche of activity is Mental Health, Women’s Health and Pain Relief.

The techniques used by me are all from Chinese medicine: Acupuncture, Auricultherapy, Moxatherapy, Cupping Therapy, Chinese Master Formulas, Laseracupuncture, Stipper, Magnetotherapy and Bloodletting. I also make indications of Bach Flowers, Clay Therapy, Phytotherapy, Aromatherapy and Reiki.
